The Director/Senior Director, Consumer Marketing will
- shape an insights-driven Consumer marketing strategy and creative campaign that drives Consumer behavior change and Viaskin Peanut market performance
- ensure consistent, on-strategy Viaskin Peanut brand messages are delivered to Consumers
- build an end-to-end Viaskin Peanut family support ecosystem to optimize the patient experience
- translate insights into brand, digital communications, product and commercial strategies to drive actions across teams
- manage two direct reports who will drive omnichannel tactical planning and execution to optimize Consumer engagement
- partner cross-functionally, and with external partners, to drive successful launch uptake with Consumers
- lead post-launch refinement of Consumer strategy and messaging based on customer insights, analytics, and new clinical data
- Optimize digital touchpoints (website, automation tools) to increase traffic flow
- Leverage analytics to monitor performance and improve ROI
Location : in Warren NJ office - 3 days a week onsite
Skills :
The ideal candidate will have
- Recent launch expertise in high-performing consumer-driven brands; pediatric and/or food allergy launch experience is a plus
- Previous pharma or biotech experience essential
- Significant experience leading marketing initiatives and driving brand performance
- Strategic thinker with ability to direct tactical execution
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data, insights, and analytics to optimize marketing performance and achieve brand/corporate objectives
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, Managed Markets, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance

Compensation range for this role $$ 195-210K - 25% bonus - Vac days 15
